By purchasing a subscription or using the Moongate service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Fulfillment Policy, including all terms related to payments, cancellations, refunds, and access.
Moongate offers premium access through various transaction types, including auto-renewing subscriptions available on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual terms, as well as lifetime one-time purchases. Current prices are clearly displayed at the time of subscription, either in-app or during checkout on our website. All subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each subscription term, and will automatically renew at the end of their billing period unless cancelled 24 hour more before the billing period ends.
Subscriptions to Moongate are managed through third-party payment processors, including Apple, Stripe, and Paddle. By initiating a transaction with any of these providers, you agree to their respective terms, conditions, and policies, including fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policies. These policies vary based on your billing provider. To identify your billing provider, navigate to Menu > Manage Subscription within the Moongate app.
Certain subscription plans may include a free trial before becoming a paid subscription. Free trials are limited to one per user. Unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your payment method will automatically be charged the subscription price and renew at the stated interval. You may cancel at any time during the free trial without incurring charges. Canceling during your free trial will immediately terminate access to premium features. Unused portions of the free trial will not be extended or credited.
Our cancelation policy differs depending on the merchant with whom the payment was processed. All subscription cancellations must occur at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
Our refund policy differs depending on the merchant with whom the payment was processed. Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription term are not provided. Upon issuing a refund, you will immediately lose access to all Moongate services provided by the refunded transaction.
Moongate provides immediate digital access to its services upon successful subscription activation. There is no physical shipping or delivery associated with our subscriptions.
If you believe a charge was made in error, we encourage you to contact us at support@moongateapp.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are often able to resolve issues quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution process and may result in the permanent suspension of your access to Moongate.
Moongate reserves the right to update or modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. If changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately unless otherwise noted. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we manage subscriptions, payments, and user support.
All prices are displayed in your local currency when possible, based on your billing provider and device settings. Applicable taxes may be included or added at checkout depending on your location and local tax regulations. Moongate is not responsible for any additional bank fees or currency conversion charges imposed by your financial institution.
If your payment method is declined or an auto-renewal charge fails, your access to premium features may be temporarily suspended or terminated until payment is successfully processed. We may re-attempt to process the payment using your provided payment method and charge any prorated amounts owed for the elapsed period of service. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date to prevent disruption of service.
